In May 2019, Allfinanz Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG received 1,600 invited guests in the Frankfurt Festhalle for an honoring ceremony dinner show and the subsequent aftershow party in the Forum of the Festhalle Frankfurt. The approximately 3-minute opening combined acrobatic elements and stirring sounds with pictures from past events, which has built a strong emotional foundation for the community right from the start. As a highlight of the evening, Allfinanz surprised its year’s best-performing team members with prominent guests embedded between the awards ceremonies. After the official part, the guests were able to relax and enjoy the evening in the Forum. Besides the creative and content-related part, the technical planning and implementation, the commercial project management as well as the crew management, we have been in charge as the general service provider interfacing between customer and other service providers. In this way, we ensured that everything went smoothly, both, in front and behind the scenes.
