Realization of the honorary celebration “Fest der Gewinner” with dinner in the Festhalle Frankfurt on two days for 4,000 guests as well as the after-show party. Our task was to coordinate different working subsections and contact persons, to design the show elements and then to manage the implementation on site, including set-up and dismantling. The “Fest der Gewinner” consisted of a mixture of dinner party, ceremonial honoring elements as well as special show acts, such as Kaya Yanar and Sarah Connor. After an impressive stage show, which was supported by an elaborate LED installation, the guests went to the Forum for a relaxed after-show party.
