Personal data is individual information that makes a person directly or indirectly identifiable, such as a name or a postal address.

Zweiplan collects data of this kind only within the legally permissible scope, or based on your consent, or if you provide it to us voluntarily.

As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. In the following cases, personal data may be collected, used and processed:

a) Access data / server log files

Zweiplan collects data each time the website is accessed (so-called server log files). The following data or data categories may be collected:

  • The user’s operating system

  • IP address

Zweiplan uses this data exclusively for statistical purposes and for the technical optimization of the website.

b) Contact

When contacting Zweiplan, the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and possible follow-up inquiries. The user provides this data voluntarily.
